1. Purifying Clay Mask

Credit: Oleum Vera

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp White Kaolin Clay
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Organic Avocado Oil
  • 5 drops Organic Lavender Essential Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place clay on pestle. Add water.
  2. Let water & clay stand 10 mins, and then mix it until it’s a thick paste.
  3. Add avocado oil and essential lavender oil and mix.
  4. Make sure your face is clean, and then apply mask to face.
  5. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  6. Wash off with warm water.

2. Aromatic Bath Oil

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tsp Organic Macadamia Oil
  • 2 tsp  Organic Avocado Oil
  • 12 drops Organic Frankincense Essential Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or in glass bottle. Stir to mix.
  2. Fill up tub with warm water and pour bath oil in. Prepare for an aromatic soak.

 3. Relaxing Massage Oil

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tsp Organic Macadamia Oil
  • 4 tsp Organic Grapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Organic Kukui Nut Oil
  • 2 tsp Organic Avocado Oil
  • 6 drops Organic Frankincense Essential Oil
  • 6 drops Organic Lavender Essential Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in pestle or small bowl. Stir.
  2. Rub oil into skin and massage as desired.

4. Exfoliating Face Scrub

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tsp Spirulina
  • 1 tsp Organic Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Organic Grapeseed Oil
  • 6 drops Organic Lavender Essential Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine Spirulina, Oats, and Baking Soda in an airtight container.
  2. When ready to use, pour desired amount into hand and add Grapeseed Oil & Lavender Oil.
  3. Add water as needed to make it into a paste.
  4. Wet face with warm water, and massage into skin.
  5. Let sit for 3 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
